Mount Ayr, IA — Ringgold County Hospital has been awarded two Health Care Workforce Recruitment grants as part of Governor Kim Reynolds’ Rural Health Transformation Program. The funding is designed to strengthen Iowa’s rural healthcare workforce and ensure long-term access to quality care in communities across the state.
The Health Care Workforce Recruitment grant directly supports Ringgold County Hospital’s efforts to recruit and retain healthcare providers, addressing one of the most significant challenges facing rural healthcare today. By investing in workforce development, RCH is taking a proactive step to sustain essential services and meet the evolving healthcare needs of Ringgold County residents.
