Job Shadowing Opportunity

Who Can Participate?
Students must be at least 16 years old and juniors or seniors in high school. Exceptions may be considered with administrative approval.
Participants under 18 years of age require signed consent from a legal guardian.
Preparation Steps
Please complete the following requirements to prepare for our program:
- Sign the Job Shadow Application, which includes:

- HIPAA Security Confidentiality Statement
- Release of Risk Agreement
- Medical Release for Immunizations
- Show proof of immunizations, including Tdap, HepB, Varicella, and MMR.
- Complete a TB health risk assessment.
