Lee-Anne Millas, MSN, APRN, FNP-C/BC, PMHNP-C/BC
Lee-Anne Millas, MSN, APRN, FNP-C/BC, PMHNP-C/BC, is an experienced and compassionate family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with extensive clinical expertise across primary care, telemedicine, mental health, family health, and geriatrics. She provides behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management. Her diverse background spans critical care, acute and observational medicine, long-term care, transitional care, skilled nursing, home health, and behavioral health.
Known for her outstanding interpersonal skills and natural leadership, Lee-Anne is a self-directed professional recognized for her strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. She is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality care that elevates patient outcomes and strengthens clinical performance.
Lee-Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Lake Superior State University, a master’s degree in nursing from Governor State University, and earned psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certification from Concordia University of Wisconsin. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in nursing at Concordia. When she’s not working, Lee-Anne enjoys playing and coaching hockey. She also holds four black belts in martial arts.
