Physician Biographies

Siva Jagarlapudi M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Nephrology. A native of Kanigiri, India, he studied advanced biochemistry and had graduate-level training in internal medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Jagarlapudi completed his nephrology fellowship at Presbyterian University. Prior to moving to Des Moines, Dr. Jagarlapudi worked in hospitals in Minnesota and Pennsylvania.

In addition to his work with Associates in Kidney Care PLC, Dr. Jagarlapudi is a transplant physician at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines and is the medical director of the Renal Care Group/Mercy Dialysis at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

Hermien Creger, ARNP, is a native of Klerksdorp, South Africa. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and currently works as part of the team at Associates in Kidney Care PLC. Hermien earned an associate's degree in nursing from Florida Keys Community College in Key West, Florida. She then attended Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts, before earning a master's degree in nursing from Graceland University.
